So yesterday, we all heard how the NCC had sent a directive to telecommunications companies, ordering a hike in data tariffs.
Needless to say, nobody was happy about it! I mean, isn’t their job to ensure the provision of quality services to customers?
So why are they now trying to put more pressure and hardship on customers?
Anyway, maybe as a result of all the uproar, the Nigerian senate quickly halted the approved tariff increase!
While we are very grateful, what we were hoping for was an outright repeal of the new tariff!
Not the one that we will wake up one day and realise the new tariff is back on!
Because we will not take it oh! We will not take it!
