Wednesday was the birthday of Davido’s twin children he had with his wife, Chioma last year, and he gladly let the world know. In a post he made on social media, he expressed gratitude for his children seeing a year.
Ardent fans of the singer, or maybe they’re trolls—the lines keep blurring—have been posting screenshots of purported successful transactions they made to the singer for diapers for the twins and whatnot.
While Davido has not shown any lavish gifts the twins are getting as they turn one on social media yet, the musician typically does not spare any expenses when it comes to spoiling his children when they hit a milestone.

Range Rover Evoque for Imade
In 2021, when his daughter Imade Adeleke, whom he had with Sophia Momodu turned 6, the musician bought her a Range Rover Evoque. In an Instagram post, Davido showed his daughter testing the ride. “Happy early birthday @realimadeadeleke. Daddy loves u! Enjoy ur MOTO,” he said in the post.
Range Rover for Ifeanyi
Davido also is rumoured to have gifted his son, Ifeanyi, who sadly died in a tragedy, a Range Rover SUV when he was alive. This was mere days after he bought his daughter Imade a Range Rover for her birthday. While we can’t confirm how true this is, the blogger, Cutie-Julls said in May of 2021 that it happened.

$10,000 in place of a tooth fairy cookie
When his daughter Hailey Adeleke, whom he had with Amanda, lost a tooth, Tooth Fairly Daddy, Davido promised her $10,000 in place of a cookie to mark the occasion. In the video that went viral in January, Davido, who carried his daughter on his lap, told her not to worry about what a tooth fairy might bring. He has her covered. He asked her if she wanted $10,000 in place of the gift from the tooth fairy and she told him laughing, “Yes.” We should add that we don’t know if OBO actually went through with the promise.
$380k on diamonds for Hailey
Davido also splurged $380,000 on his daughter Hailey when they went out shopping for, let’s just say, shiny things. In a viral video in April this year, while at the natural diamond chain, Ice Box store, the singer said he had missed his daughter and asked her to say, “My daddy got money,” as she tried on many precious stones.

While we’ll allow you to decide who a push gift is really for, the momma or the new child, we are rounding up our list with the whooping $1 million Davido splurged when he welcomed his twins with his wife Chioma. Word on the street is that he bought a house in Atlanta for his wife and videos show he also went shopping for lots of luxury handbags for her as well when the twins arrived. While we are not sure how the internet decided the worth of the bags is 100k, we can safely say they must have cost him a lot.
