This 2025, alGROWithm is making waves again with its highly anticipated Growth Talent Accelerator Program (GTAP), an initiative designed to build Africa’s next generation of expert Growth Engineers.

GTAP 2025 combines practical workshops, mentorship, and real-world application to meet the growing demand for skilled growth talent across Africa’s business landscape. Open to English-speaking professionals from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Senegal, and Zimbabwe, the program offers two pathways to cater to individuals and businesses:

1. GTAP Lite – A fully online program tailored for individual growth enthusiasts to master data-driven growth strategies.

2. GTAP Pro – A hybrid program designed for businesses to upskill their internal teams through intensive Growth Hacking boot camps, online workshops, and guided implementation.

In 2024, GTAP received over 3000 applications across 6 countries, maintaining a competitive 3.6% acceptance rate. With a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9.6, the program demonstrated exceptional satisfaction and impact among participants. This reinforced its reputation as the go-to accelerator for African growth professionals.

Speaking on the program, Bili Sule, Founder and Chief Growth Officer at alGROWithm, shared: “GTAP isn’t just a training program—it’s a career accelerator. Since our pilot in 2022, we’ve seen firsthand the massive demand for Growth Engineers, and our mission remains clear: to bridge this talent gap and empower African businesses to scale sustainably.”

Program Highlights:

a. 4 months of Growth Mastery Training – Covering everything from acquisition to retention strategies.

b. 8 Practical Growth Workshops – Real-world business challenges and actionable solutions.

c. Exclusive Growth Community Access – Join a network of growth leaders and experts across Africa.

GTAP has already seen success stories with companies like TechCabal, Paga, Figorr, and Kebble, leveraging the Pro model to transform their internal teams. For 2025, alGROWithm aims to train over 100 Growth talents across East, West, and Southern Africa. Applications are now open for the February 2025 cohort, with limited scholarship slots available.
